Replacement & Return Policy
At Taha Crockery Traders, we strive to provide quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read the following policy carefully before placing an order.
14-Day Replacement & Return Window
Customers may request a replacement or return within 14 days of receiving the product.
Issue Reporting Time
Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Claims reported after 48 hours will not be accepted.
Eligible Cases
Replacement or return is accepted only in the following cases:
• The product is damaged upon delivery
• The product is defective
• The wrong item was delivered
Mandatory Parcel Opening Video
• A clear video while opening the parcel is mandatory
• The product condition must match exactly as shown in the customer’s opening video
• Claims without a parcel opening video will not be entertained
Conditions
• The product must be unused and unwashed
• The product must be in the same condition as shown in the parcel opening video
• The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
Non-Eligible Cases
Replacement or return will NOT be accepted if:
• The product is broken, damaged, or mishandled by the customer
• Damage occurs after delivery
• No parcel opening video is provided
• The product shows signs of use
Sales Tax Policy (As Per Government Rules)
• 4% sales tax will be deducted from the refund amount on orders paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), as per government regulations
• No sales tax deduction will be applied on orders paid through advance payment
Replacement Process
• Once your claim is reviewed and approved, a replacement will be arranged
• If the product is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered
Refund Policy
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
• Refunds will be issued through the original payment method
Shipping Charges
• If the issue is from our side, shipping charges will be covered by us
• In all other cases, shipping charges are non-refundable
Right to Accept or Reject Claims
Taha Crockery Traders reserves the right to accept or reject any replacement or return claim if it does not meet the terms and conditions mentioned above.
All decisions made by Taha Crockery Traders in this regard will be final.
